Sault Community Career Centre — One-on-one job search support, skills assessment, and referrals to training.

Employment Solutions (Sault Ste. Marie & Blind River) — Employment consulting, job readiness planning, and job fairs.

YesYouCan Employment Consulting — Employment support and coaching in the community.

Workforce Inc. — Local placement and staffing assistance.

Algoma District Services Administration Board (Ontario Works)— Social assistance program that provides employment assistance and financial support for basic needs.

POWER Action Centre

The Steelworker POWER Action Centre will support affected workers through individualized action plans based on their needs. Services include job-search assistance, short-term training, guidance on employment insurance and training eligibility, and referrals to community agencies where appropriate.
