Join AWIC and the Canadian Center for Diversity and Inclusion Consulting Inc. in this online instructor-led training. This training will help learners develop the skills and knowledge necessary to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in their organizations and communities.
Learners will discuss the continuum of inclusive leadership and collaborate to identify conscious steps that leaders can take to shift from being passive to advocating for workplace inclusivity.

Leaders who have an understanding and awareness on topics related to IDEA Fundamentals, Unconscious Bias and Inclusive Leadership: Harnessing the Six Essential Traits.
This workshop focuses more on taking action and being an advocate as a leader.
