WE Data Tools (“WDT”) provides job board functionality that allows authorized job board operators (“Operators”) to publish publicly advertised job postings within their WDT instance.
This policy outlines how reports of fraudulent or misleading job postings are received and addressed on WDT-powered job boards.

Each WDT job board instance is managed by the Operator responsible for that site. WDT provides the technical infrastructure that enables job postings and reporting functionality.

WDT reserves the right to take action, including disabling access to the platform, where systemic misuse, abuse, or legal violations are identified.
Reports submitted through the job reporting feature are retained within the applicable WDT instance in accordance with system data retention practices.
Operators are responsible for maintaining any records required under applicable legislation.
