Being eclectic in his approach\, he has become known as a “master of the obvious” in his practical\, conversational delivery in engaging others in adult learning principles. His passion is to partner with others by identifying strengths\, leveraging resources and encouraging clients to take a “next step” toward wellness in tangible and practical ways.\nPhil also has extensive experience over the past 20 years providing specialized trauma support to organizations\, families and individuals\, providing care during these critical moments.
