Marie Police Service is teaming up with Employment Solutions to host two exclusive career information sessions for those interested in pursuing a career as a Police Officer or Special Constable. \nThe sessions will take place on March 26\, 2026\, and April 1\, 2026\, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.\, at Employment Solutions\, located at 477 Queen Street East. \nThis free recruitment event is open to 16 participants per session\, who must pre-register to secure their spot. Attendees must meet specific requirements\, including being a Canadian citizen or permanent resident\, at least 18 years old\, and able to pass a basic background check to qualify for a potential career as a Police Officer or Special Constable with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service. \nSergeant Derek MacFarlane\, who leads the Uniform Recruitment team\, will deliver a short presentation and provide valuable insights into the recruitment process. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about careers with the Sault Ste.
